Job Description:

CH2M HILL has need for a Mid-Level Cost Estimator to support the Asia Pacific Region. The primary duty of this position will be supporting Alaska MATOC. At least three years of experience in conceptual estimating and design/build delivery working for Federal, Military, and commercial building construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate would have at least three years of Estimating experience in any of the following markets: detailed hard bid, conceptual, and/or design/build of Federal, Military, and/or Commercial building construction and renovation projects. Applicant must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Timberline Estimating a plus, as well as, experience in Scheduling (Project, Primavera) and preparing Subcontractor work scopes and Schedules of Values.

Basic Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a BA or BS in Engineering or related field or two years technical experience in lieu of a degree, at least three years of experience in conceptual estimating and design/build delivery working for Federal, Military, and commercial building construction and renovation projects.

In addition to the basic qualifications, the ideal candidate would meet the following preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
- Four or more years of experience in conceptual estimating and design/build delivery working for Federal, Military, and commercial building construction and renovation projects.
