Job Description:
As CH2M Hill expands its global presence, we are looking for a few select, dynamic people to join the firm as Program Managers in various national and international locations. Program Managers oversee construction operation programs valued in the $400 million to $1 billion range. The position has accountability to a Regional Project Delivery Manager or
Business Group: Project Delivery Director for successful project execution.
Specific responsibilities include leadership in the application of CH2M HILL's Project Delivery System program-wide to achieve the following project delivery strategic objectives: health, safety, environmental responsibility; client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget; financial performance for project-specific targets; project team expectations; operational performance and business unit expectations; and quality; a ccountability for all projects under the program; Leader/Manager of programs and is supported by project managers as needed.
Specific duties include planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality, safety, and coordination of contractors and internal technical and support staff. The Program Manager is a participant in program and project decisions regarding technology, cost and scheduling, and performance. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for the identification of schedule and cost variances and the development and implementation of recommendations for corrective action for negative variances for projects within the program. The Program Manager will also play a key role in coaching and developing project managers through day-to-day mentoring opportunities as well as participating in the development and delivery of program management-oriented learning events.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Construction.
* Minimum of 20 years of construction program management and design build experience on various large scale international and/or domestic projects.
* Prior experience in construction contracting.
* Proficient in administrative, contractual, financial and business aspects of construction operations.
* Experience should include Energy/Oil & Gas, Civil Infrastructure, Environmental and/or DOD related projects.
* In depth expertise running large project operations valued in the $400 million to $1 billion range.
* Proficiency as a leader in sales efforts for projects or programs for which he/she is proposed.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) or approved equivalents is expected but not required.
