Our Milwaukee, WI office is seeking a Transportation Engineer to join our team. This is your opportunity to work on the most exciting, challenging, and largest infrastructure projects in Wisconsin! This is a great opportunity for an experienced highway/roadway designer to be part of a great team doing high profile work.

You will be on the team completing the design of highway components in connection with major urban interstate/interchange reconfiguration projects and other transportation-related projects. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and direct junior staff, and assist in business development efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
Our top candidate has at least 6 years of experience, along with a BS degree in Civil Engineering.

Registration as a PE and/or the ability to become registered in Wisconsin and other states is required.

This position also requires a strong technical design background, including familiarity with AASHTO and MUTCD standards. Knowledge of and experience using CADD/Design Software is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:
8 years experience, PE in WI, DOT, MicroStation and InRoads experience preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills are needed to be successful in this role. Prior experience on any DOT or local agency project is required, while specific experience on Wisconsin DOT projects is highly desirable.
