Our Toronto, ON team has a unique opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. The selected candidate will have at least 15 years of professional experience and a broad understanding of water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure and general knowledge of water treatment plant mechanics, equipment, pumps, as well as experience managing design and construction projects and outside consultants. At CH2M HILL the Senior Project Manager is a leader/manager of project teams and is supported by technical task leaders and subconsultants, as needed. The Senior Project Manager must be adept at building and managing widely dispersed project teams.

• Foster skills among project staff through mentoring and coaching.
• Understand CH2M HILL's organization and build an internal network of relationships so as to serve the clients' needs.
